Monthly Minimum Charge NONE
Completed calls are rounded to the next full minute on a per participant basis and then the price of the call is rounded up to the nearest whole cent. A 1.5% monthly regulatory cost recovery fee applies to help offset costs associated with regulatory requirements and compliance. Other government-mandated taxes, fees, and contributions also apply.


Section V: Order Conference Cards for Each Moderator
Each conference call moderator will be sent a welcome email with instructions and will be mailed his or her own wallet card showing his or her individual call-in numbers and passcodes. They will be mailed in individual envelopes showing their name and the billing address.

To add more moderators, or to have us mail out cards to different addresses, fill out this spreadsheet and email it to sales@tacdig.com. After your account is set up, you can add or delete moderators by email or fax, or by calling customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When the cards are mailed, each moderator will be sent an email acknowledgement listing the call-in numbers and passcodes as they will appear on the card. They can begin using the service on receipt of this email message.
